This website is operated by Lvant Projects, a registered builder based in Melbourne, Victoria. By browsing this site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Website content is general information

The content on this website is provided for general information only. While we take care to keep it accurate and current, we do not guarantee that everything is complete, up to date or free of error. Nothing on this site is professional, legal, financial or taxation advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

3. Tax information

Any reference on this website to negative gearing, deductions, depreciation, tax treatment of new builds or other taxation matters is general information only and may change. Tax outcomes depend on your personal circumstances and on current law, which can change. 4. Quotes, estimates and pricing

Any prices, ballpark figures or "from" pricing shown on this site or given during a consultation are indicative only. They are not a fixed quote and do not form a contract. A firm price is provided only in a written, signed building contract once your block, design, site conditions and inclusions are confirmed. Prices can be affected by site conditions, council requirements, design changes and the cost of materials and labour at the time.

5. Images, renders and floor plans

Photographs, artist renders, facades and floor plans are for illustration only. Finishes, fixtures, landscaping, dimensions and inclusions may differ from what is shown and may be subject to council approval and final design. Designs can be tailored to your block, so the final home may vary from the examples shown.

6. Building works and contracts

No building work is agreed or commenced on the basis of this website or an enquiry. All building work is carried out under a written domestic building contract that complies with the Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995 (Vic). The terms of that contract govern the work we carry out, including the scope, price, payment stages, variations, warranties and timeframes.

7. Builder registration and insurance

Lvant Projects is a registered building practitioner in Victoria. Domestic building insurance is arranged where required by law for relevant projects. We are happy to provide our registration and insurance details on request.

8. Enquiries and no obligation

Submitting the request a call or consultation form does not create any contract or obligation on either side. It simply lets us contact you to discuss your project. We will use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether a duplex suits your block.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, designs, floor plans, images, logos and branding, is owned by or licensed to Lvant Projects. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

10. Privacy

We collect the personal information you provide through our forms so we can respond to your enquiry and provide our services. We handle your information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. We do not sell your information. You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold or to have it updated or removed.
