City of Darebin
Darebin covers Melbourne's inner north, including Preston, Northcote, Thornbury and Reservoir. It is one of the busiest councils in Melbourne for duplexes, townhouses and period-home renovations, with generous blocks near tram and train lines and strong end values for well-designed new homes.
City of Merri-bek
Merri-bek, formerly Moreland, takes in Coburg, Pascoe Vale, Hadfield and Fawkner. The council actively supports medium-density housing near activity centres, which makes it fertile ground for duplexes and multi-unit projects, while its older housing stock keeps renovation and extension work in steady demand.
City of Hume
Hume covers Melbourne's outer north, including Craigieburn, Greenvale and Sunbury, and is one of the fastest-growing municipalities in Victoria. We build new homes and townhouse projects across Hume, including our Craigieburn townhouse development, and the larger blocks and growth-area zoning suit multi-dwelling builds well.
City of Moonee Valley
Moonee Valley includes Essendon, Moonee Ponds and surrounds in Melbourne's north-west. Wide streets, big allotments and strong buyer demand make it a proven area for knockdown rebuilds and high-end duplexes, though heritage overlays around Essendon call for careful design.
City of Glen Eira
Glen Eira covers Bentleigh, Carnegie, Caulfield and Melbourne's inner south-east. It is a tightly held family area where dual occupancies, townhouses and quality renovations perform strongly, with the council's structure plans steering new density toward the shopping strips and station precincts.
